How to Book With Us
How do I book an apartment? Select the dates and how many people will be staying at the property. You may choose your preferred area or leave this option blank. Now comes the tricky part: choosing the property that suits you best. Then all you have to do is enter your details and any requirements you have, and let us find you your dream home. Alternatively, give us a call or send us an email. Let us know what you need, and we will do all the above for you. How do I pay? You can make your payment through ACH, WIRE, PayPal, or Zelle, and we also accept Bitcoin payments with a 10% discount. We require first-month rent and a refundable security deposit against damages, which are required at the time of booking. The refundable security deposit is refundable cash on your moving-out date. How do we move out? The move-out time is 10:30 a.m., but you can request a late move-out by sending us an email. If you require a late move-out, please contact us before your stay ends, as the only way to 100% secure a move-out that is later than 10.30 am is to book an extra day. If there are alternative possibilities, we’re happy to discuss them when you contact us. If you have not yet given your move-out details before your move-in, that’s not a problem as long as you send us an email or call us during your stay (please make sure it's more than thirty days before your move-out date!). We can then make all the arrangements for your departure, including the collection of keys, taxi transfers, etc. What about moving in? Once we approve your application, we will issue an electronic lease agreement to enable us to complete the processing. There are two options for collecting the keys to your new home. The first one is to mail the keys to your current address through FedEx or UPS. If you are arriving at the property on your own, an agent can meet with you there and hand over the keys (there will be a small charge if this needs to happen outside of office hours). If you’re super organized and already know your move-out date, great! Go ahead and add them to the form, too. Please remember to include as much information as possible in the application form. How does the telephone get charged? If you incur extra charges for using the home’s landline telephone, you will be informed, and the charge will be deducted from your refundable security deposit. Please be aware that not all properties offer the use of a telephone; feel free to ask any of our team members. What if I need to cancel my lease? Should you need to cancel the lease, a refund is subject to us being able to re-let the property. We do strongly advise, therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover you for this eventuality. If you cancel the lease twenty days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund. What is the clean-out fee? Because all our properties are self-catered, we make sure you arrive to find your home from home looking spick and span! A third party charges the cleanout fee, This means you don’t have to worry about stripping beds, etc.; we do all that for you! Arrival Should you arrive in airplane or train, we strongly advise that you book with us a taxi. They will have the keys to the property, meet you at the airport, and take you straight there in comfort. Should you prefer, we can arrange for one of our representatives to meet you during office hours. You will need to contact our office to arrange and confirm this service. Please contact our office. If your arrival occurs outside of our office hours (9.30 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday), a driver must meet you. Departure You must leave the property on your move-out date by 10.30 a.m. We ask you to contact us regarding your departure time at least three working days before you leave. Should you require a taxi to collect you, we can arrange this for you. Please inform us in advance of your arrival if you need a late departure, and we will make the necessary arrangements. Late departures are subject to an additional half-day charge. Return of Refundable Deposit This is refundable cash upon departure. We check the property after you leave, and we do request that tenants be honest about any breakage they may have caused.
